Are your mock tests scored ?
Yes, all our mock tests are scored following the official score guide. We also show you exactly why you failed a test.
When will I see my result ?
You will receive your result and feedback a few minutes after you completed your mock test.
What is a category test ?
A category test allows you to focus on one section of the test. There are 4 sections in total. It helps you focus on your weaknesses and speeds up your preparation.
How do I access the mobile app ?
After your purchase, go to the Settings page of the Citizenship Test app (QR Code can be found in the dashboard) and click on "Login with Citizenship test" to link your devices.
I already have a plan on the app, do I need to pay again ?
No, you don't need to pay twice! Just go to the Settings page of the Citizenship Test mobile app and click on "Login with Citizenship Test" to link your devices.
Why do I need to create an account before purchasing a pro plan ?
Because we don't want you to wait for a confirmation email that never comes or get lost in the spam folder of your mailbox.
How often will I be charged ?
The subscription renews every week. You can cancel it at any time directly from the settings page.
Will I lose my results when the plan expires ?
No, all your progress is saved to your account. You will only lose your progress if you decide to delete your account.
